C3 Leaders exists to encourage business leaders to live and lead like Jesus. We recruit and train Forum Chairs, build forums, provide resources, facilitate Just Business Roundtables, Expert Lunches, Leadership Retreats, Community Leadership Breakfasts (including the High Ground Award for outstanding Christian Leadership) and other events throughout the year designed to inform, encourage and connect leaders. We also partner with other faith-based ministries that share our vision. 

All of these efforts are aimed at building a community of leaders who walk with each other, understand and activate their God-given calling, and impact culture with the values of Jesus.
